Why can’t I delete a counterparty?

If a Counterparty has been used on a Brokerage Worksheet, Inventory Receiving, inventory Shipping transaction, OR an Order, cieTrade.net will not allow you to delete the Counterparty unless it is removed from all transactions throughout the system.
