How can I edit an existing Counterparty?

If you have already uploaded your list of Counterparties but need to add/edit information on the form, you can easily make the necessary changes.

Begin by going to the Counterparties tab and select the Counterparty you want to edit. Click on 'Edit Counterparty' to bring you to the edit mode of the form. After you have made your changes, click 'Save'. 

If you need to edit a secondary location, click on the Locations tab of the Counterparty form and select the location you want to edit. Once you have made your changes, click 'Save Changes'. 

You can also review all of the changes that have occurred for this Counterparty by clicking on ' More Actions' > View Log

PLEASE NOTE: If you have the accounting integration link turned on, the changes you make to the Counterparty in will update your Customer/Vendor in your accounting system as well. Changes made to a Customer/Vendor in your accounting system will NOT update your Counterparty in
