ciePhoto: Using the App

ciePhoto is a unique mobile productivity app that saves time and money by making it faster and easier to manage photos of export containers and material quality photos. For more information on getting setup, view our helpfile here.

Getting Started:

1. Contact the support team to get your account setup for our mobile apps.
2. Download ciePhoto from the app store.
3. Upon opening the app, you will be prompted for your credentials. Enter them.

Navigating the App:

1. After logging in, navigate to the Settings tab. Set the type of reference numbers you want to upload into cieTrade. It is recommended that you set both Receiving and Shipping to 'Worksheet'.
2. Click on the Receiving or Shipping tabs at the bottom of the screen. 
3. Enter the Worksheet number, then click 'Add Photo'. You will be able to either use a stored image on your phone or take one choosing 'Camera'.
4. Once you have the image, you can enter any comments for the image.
   1. NOTE: image comments are for internal purposes only, and will not currently populate in cieTrade.net.
5. Click 'Attach', then 'Save'. The Load will now show up in the Loads tab. 
6. When you are ready to upload these, click 'Send' from the Loads tab. They will be removed from this tab. If you need to recall them for any reason, go to the Settings tab> Choose an upload history time> view Upload History>Edit> check the ones you need to resend or edit> click Recover. These loads will now reappear in the Loads tab of ciePhoto. 

Please note: even if you recall the loads on ciePhoto, it will NOT delete the other instances of the load in cieTrade.net. Rather, it will upload a duplicate load or image, so be sure to delete prior uploads, as needed.
