Photos Received Ledger 

This ledger holds all Open and Attached uploaded images from the ciePhoto app. Once you have uploaded the images from the ciePhoto app, the images will show up here. 

Please note: if you uploaded a load with a valid reference number, it will automatically attach to the load in cieTade. If the reference number is not recognized or does not exist, it will show up in the 'Open' status.  

Upload Date: This is the date that the images were sent from the ciePhoto app to cieTrade.

User: This will show as the ciePhoto user until the images are attached to a load. At that point, it will default to the logged in user.

Session No: This is a batch reference number for upload purposes.

Subject-Type: This is the type of form the photos are going to attach to; either a Worksheet or Container Number. This can be changed/controlled under settings in the ciePhoto app. 

Please note: If you upload an image as a Sale Ticket or Public Trade, they will be set as a 'Worksheet' in cieTrade as they do not exist in .net.

Reference: The Worksheet or Container number that you will use to attach the load to the image.

# Images: the number of uploaded images, on one load.

Tare-Weight: We do not currently support the Tare-Weight number being pulled onto a load. However, we will add this development in the future. For now, it will populate on the inquiry table for reference. 

Linked: If the images are attached to an existing and valid Worksheet, then it will say 'Yes'. If it has not been attached it will say 'No'. 

Counterparty: Once the images are attached to a load, the Counterparty associated with that Worksheet will populate here.
