Getting Setup for our Mobile Applications

cieTrade provides a wide variety of mobile applications which aim to improve your day-to-day operations and responsibilities within cieTrade. The list below are all of the mobile applications cieTrade currently offers.

Helps dispatch drivers view and complete services/loads while staying in contact with the back office.
cieLocation  Provides an instant way of tracking and relocating inventory in a warehouse.
cieMobile  Mobile CRM platform that provides access to account information and key business reports from anywhere.
ciePhoto
Productivity tool that captures and manages photos for shipments and documenting claims.

Getting Setup:

In order to use any of our mobile apps, except cieDispatch, you must enable access in your cieTrade user profile. Here's how to get started:

  1. Navigate to your Settings using the gear icon at the top right of your screen.
  2. Click on Users & Roles and select the user profile of the individual who will be using the app(s).
  3. Under Mobile App Access check off the application they will need access to.  You have the ability to select only one, multiple or all of the applications if necessary.
  4. Once the changes have been saved the user can utilize their cieTrade Login ID and Password to log into the apps selected on their profile.

Please note, ciePhoto is greyed out UNLESS you already have an active subscription.  A subscription can only be set up by a cieTrade support team member. The best way to reach one of them is by email, which can be directed to support@cietrade.net. An alternative method would be to call our office, which can be reached at 203-323-0074.
