Getting Setup for our Mobile Applications

cieTrade provides a wide variety of mobile applications which aim to improve your day-to-day operations and responsibilities within cieTrade. The list below are all of the mobile applications cieTrade currently offers.

Helps dispatch drivers view and complete services/loads while staying in contact with the back office.
cieLocation  Provides an instant way of tracking and relocating inventory in a warehouse.
cieMobile  Mobile CRM platform that provides access to account information and key business reports from anywhere.
ciePhoto
Productivity tool that captures and manages photos for shipments and documenting claims.

Getting Setup:

In order to access any of our mobile apps, except cieDispatch, you must contact the support team. An account setting will need to be enabled, which can only be done by a support member. The best way to reach one of them is by email, which can be directed to support@cietrade.net. An alternative method would be to call our office, which can be reached at 203-323-0074. It is a quick and painless process. We encourage you to inquire with a team member if you have questions, or would like to gain access to any one of the mobile apps.
