What is ciePhoto?

ciePhoto is a mobile app that allows you to take photos of your inbound and/or outbound loads and upload those photos directly to the correlating worksheet within cieTrade. The app is designed to save you time and provide you with a way of documenting quality issues in regards to your shipments. For a complete break down, see ciePhoto (PDF).

WARNING: ciePhoto comes with a $0.23 charge per uploaded photo.

Setup:

To setup your credentials for ciePhoto, you will need to contact the support team.

Getting Started:

  1. Contact the support team to get your account setup for our mobile apps.
  2. Download ciePhoto from the app store.
  3. Upon opening the app, you will be prompted for your credentials. Enter them.
