Cover Letter Templates Create and manage cover letters (custom document)
Attachments
Log of files sent from the system

Document Types

The "Documents Types" section is where all of your system-generated documents are housed.

How to Enable/Disable a Document

A document can be disabled by unchecking the box next to it.

How to Manage Your Documents

Upon hovering over a document, four options are presented: edit, copy, reset, and trash.

Certificate & Cover Letter Templates

Certificates and Cover Letters work very similar in cieTrade. In a nutshell, they're custom documents you can create that can be generated in unison with your standard documents. In addition to static text, placeholders can be added to pull in worksheet-specific information at the point of generation, making the document a viable option regardless of where you're generating it from.

For more information on creating certificates, please see our helpfile here.

For more information on creating cover letters, please see our helpfile here.

Attachments

The "Attachments" section contains a record, similar to the system's email log, of all of the emails sent from cieTrade with a file/attachment. Attachments can include system-generated documents or files that have been uploaded and sent through the system.

You have the ability to filter by Date, Account, Source, and Counterparty UDF1.
