cieDispatch

cieDispatch is a free mobile application for Apple and Android devices. It helps (dispatch) drivers track their service requests, capture activity and provide instant status updates from any location. For a complete break down, see cieDispatch (PDF).

Setup:

To set up a Dispatch Driver:

1. Navigate to your Settings.
2. Click Common Information then Drivers.
3. Add the driver's name, email, and their associated warehouse.

IF USING THE APP:

1. Make sure Uses cieDispatch is enabled.
2. The remaining two fields (UserID and Password) is where the driver's credentials will be entered.

NOTE: It is on the cieTrade users to provide the dispatch driver(s) with their credentials accordingly.

How to Send a Job to the App;

For a job to appear as "OPEN" within the app, the dispatch ticket must be in DISPATCHED status with a driver assigned to it.

Upon competition of the job, the status will move to SERVICED.
