Using the Calendar

The Calendar provides users with the ability to have a visual representation of all of their loads in the system, shown in a calendar view based on key dates. It comes equipped with the ability to filter by department or warehouse, and drill down into the orders all from the Calendar. Booking cut off dates and Task's to-be-done-by dates will be included as well.

Turn the Calendar On:

  1. Navigate to your Settings > Preferences > System Options.
  2. Enable the Calendar setting. 

Navigate to the Calendar:

  • Once the setting has been enabled, you will notice a calendar icon in the top right hand corner of the page, where the shortcut icons are.
  • Click on the Calendar icon located within the shortcuts menu.

Using the Calendar:

The calendar will provide you with an at-a-glance overview of the transactions taking place, and key activity within the business over the time period of a month.

  1. From the Calendar overview, you can use the Warehouse and Dept filters to further segment the results that you are provided. 

  2. Once the results and/or activity has been returned, you can drill down into the items by clicking on them. A small popup will provide additional information as pertains to the transaction.

Blue Receiving (Inbound) Based on the 'Received Date'
Green Brokerage Based on the 'Ship Date'
Dark Orange Shipping (Outbound) Based on the 'Ship-Date'
Magenta Bookings Based on the 'Cut-Off' and 'ETA' Date
Purple Dispatches Based on the 'Schedule Date'
Orange Tasks Based on the 'To be Done By' Date
