Why can’t I delete a product from my product list?
cieTrade.net does not allow you to delete products that are currently being used on any Orders, Worksheets, or Inventory transactions. This is to prevent you from interrupting a load using the product.
In order to delete that specific product, you must go through the Brokerage worksheet inquiry, Order Management, or Load Manager to search by that product to delete or edit any associated transactions.
For example, if you want to remove 'OCC #11', use the inquiry filters to search for any loads that have that particular product listed:
Once you have removed the product from all transactions, you can then go back to the Products tab to delete it again.
