cieTrade's Support AI Assistant

cieTrade's new AI Assistant is a built-in tool designed to help your team quickly find information, complete tasks more efficiently and get support anytime with 24/7 AI assistance.  It allows users to ask questions about system functionality or day-to-day activities and receive immediate answers along with step-by-step instructions and access to relevant resources - making it easier to navigate the system and resolve inquiries faster.  The AI Assistant is actively learning and improving through interactions as users query the tool.

NOTE:  The Business Intelligence AI feature will be available with an upcoming update, but is not available yet.  In time business intelligence capabilities will be introduced, providing real-time insights base on your daily activity and key business data.  For details on the privacy policy associated with that tool ONLY please visit our help file here.

With the AI Support Assistant you can do the following:

  • Get instant answers to questions about system functionality and it's latest features.
  • Receive step-by-step instructions to complete tasks more efficiently.
  • Reduce time spent searching for information and relevant resources.
  • Keep operations moving with 24/7 AI-powered support.

How to enable the AI Assistant:

1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences > System Options > Modules.

2. Check off AI Support and click Save.

3. Go back to your Dashboard and you'll now be able to view the stars icon on the top right hand of your database.

4. Click on this icon to pop open the chat bar and begin asking questions.
