How to Log Users Off
Users who have permission to manage account settings have the ability to sign users out. Doing so will force their session to end, and free up the license that is being consumed. To sign a user out, start by:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Users & Roles.
- Select Logged in for the filter.
- The users that are listed are all considered active. To log a user out, navigate to the needed user and click End Session.
NOTE: If you do not see the End Session button, then you do not have permission.
