Error Message: Active User Limit
If you experience the below error message when attempting to log into the system, that means that all your licenses are currently in use. A user will need to log out completely to free up a license for another user to log in.
The Active User Limit relates to the amount of users that can be logged in at one time. This limit is dictated by the amount of licenses you currently have. Your current license count can be found by navigating to settings > organizational profile, at the bottom of the page.
To fully log out of cieTrade, please navigate to the sign out option under your company name. Please note, just exiting your browser will not sign you out of cieTrade.
