Navigating cieMobile

cieMobile is a free mobile app for Apple and Android devices. It allows sales reps and managers to have instant access to their cieTrade.net data and key reports. cieMobile helps you stay in control of your operations and minimizes calls to your back office. For more information on getting setup, view our helpfile here.

Getting Started:

  1. Contact the support team to get your account setup for our mobile apps.
  2. Download cieMobile from the app store.
  3. Upon opening the app, you will be prompted for you credentials. Enter them.

Things to Note:

There are four subpages within the app. They are:

Name Description
Home View orders and transactions and the pertaining details
Accounts View all of your counterparties or contacts associated
Search Find a specific order or transaction and the pertaining details
Settings App settings

Navigating the App:

Once you login, you will be taken to the Home page by default.

Settings

The Settings page is where you can check your permissions, change the UOM that is being reported, or logout.

To change your UOM:

  1. Choose the UOM you would the app to report in. The options are LBS, ST, and MT.

To logout:

  1. Click the Sign Out button.
Search

The Search page allows you to find transactions and orders using the identification number assigned to each transaction. The categories that are available to search by are: Worksheet #, Receiving #, Order #, and Release #. To make your selection:

  1. Select the field with "Receiving #" in it.
  2. Adjust the search criteria to match the type of number you are searching for.
  3. Use the grey search bar at the top to find the transaction.
Accounts

The Accounts page is where you will be able to find all of the Counterparties in the system.
