The Inbox

The Inbox is a tool that separates specific cieTrade forms, such as orders, worksheets, and jobs, into different 'bins' based on it's status. The different submodules (or folders) of the inbox correlate to the said Status of it. Worksheets in 'WORK' status, will appear in the Work folders, Completed status in the Completed folder, Approved in Approved, and so on.. It is designed to help manage the workflow when multiple people, or teams, are involved in the transaction, somewhere in-between the creation of the worksheet, to once it's complete.

Navigating to the Module:

On the left hand side panel, select Inbox. The accompanying drop down list are all of the submodules (or folders) of the inbox. There is one more submodule that can be added but must be enabled in your Settings. See section Extra Settings for more detail.

Extra Settings:

There are three additional settings pertaining to the inbox. These settings are:

  • Set Inbox to All Users by default
  • Open Worksheets(Inbox) at view page
  • Use Inbox Warehouse Schedule
