Multi Grade Allocation

The multi grade allocation tool allows users to easily receive split loads on an inbound truck. 

If you know the truck scale weight, enter the Gross & Tare. 

Note: If you receive this weight later on, you can always complete this step at the end.

Click "Allocate"

Enter the Product, # of packages, and any other relevant information:

Click "Save & New" if you plan to add a different product. Click "Apply" if this is the only product you are receiving for this load. 

It's always possible to add additional items by selecting "+Add to Allocation" as long as this receiving ticket has not been Posted.

If you need to adjust the truck weight, you always have the option of reallocating the weight by entering a new Gross & Tare weight and clicking "Reallocate." 

This function can also be used in cases where final truck weights are received later on.
