Generate Services - How to Generate Dispatches with Set Schedules In Bulk

Service Record Setup

The following details must be true in order to run the Generate Services tool.

1. The schedule must be set to Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
2. The Create Service Jobs checkbox must be selected.
3. If there are charges entered they must be setup as Type - On Call.

Generating Dispatches

In order to create all your scheduled dispatches ahead of time navigate to Service>Generate Dispatches.

Enter a date range for the Dispatches that you would like to create and click Go. A list of services to be generated will display. 

Click +Create Dispatches to create the dispatch tickets. This will clear out the list on this inquiry and you will be able to view the newly created dispatches on the Dispatch Board. 

NOTE:  If some dispatches should be excluded from this list, before you click + Create Dispatches you can simply check the box to the left of the Service and then click Delete.
