Bale Route Workflow

Scenario: "I started picking up a bale account for 3 different grocery stores.  I need to keep track of the bale weights of each store and rebate them as the OCC is shipped to a Mill.  The bales are picked up and then brought to my site.  Once there is enough for a load, I will bring a truck in to take to the Mill. How can this be entered in cieTrade.net?"

Solution: Each pickup of material in this scenario will be recorded as an individual Worksheet in cieTrade.net. There will also be one additional Worksheet for recording the sale of material to the Mill. The instructions below will walk through this workflow.

Enter Pickup #1:

Create a new Worksheet, Sold To (OTHER) and Purchased From your Supplier.

Enter your product(s), ensuring that the Sales price remains at $0:

Continue to enter the remainder of the Worksheet as you would normally. 

Enter remaining pickups using the same process outlined above for each.

Once you are ready, create a Worksheet for your Mill shipment. The Sold To should be your Customer and the Purchase From, in this case, will be (OTHER):

Enter your product(s), ensuring that the Buy price remains at $0:

Continue entering the remainder of the Worksheet as you would normally.
