Share Invoice Function
cieTrade offers an easy way to ensure your customer is receiving your invoice documents. Please note, the share invoice with payment option is only available if you are using cieTrade's AR module. If you are not, then you can only share the invoice as a document.
1. When you create an invoice document in cieTrade you have the option to share it with your customer. Once you share the invoice, you will have the ability to track when this invoice is opened.
2. Type in the email address you wish to share it with. If there are more than one, use a comma in-between them.

3. You can also use the lookup button to pull in any contact emails that are associated with this counterparty.
4. If you have integrated with Stripe for credit card processing on the invoice document, you can check off 'include payment option'. Click here for more information.
NOTE: if you are using Stripe, this option will only be available if the worksheet is in INVOICED status and has no payments against it. If either of these conditions are not met, the check box will remain greyed out.
5. Once you send out the invoice, you can check when the person has viewed it by looking in the log.
