Service Manager Inquiry

This tool is used to manage service records across accounts and account locations. 

The Service Manager saves time by allowing all of the equipment at every account/location to be managed from one central dashboard, eliminating the need to exclusively work with the Counterparty Service record. To access the Service Manager, go to Service>Service Manager in the left hand menu. 

The Store Lookup/Location Lookup allows you to easily search for the account and location of the store that is being serviced by the store number. Click on the Store Lookup button and enter the number. This can be in the location name or in the address of the store. The Store Look up is also accessible in the upper right hand 'short cuts' menu.
