AP Ledger Error Message
When posting an AP voucher with a different currency to your home currency, you may get the error message below:
This means that the counterparty is set up in cieTrade with a different currency than your accounting system. If you save a new counterparty with one currency, and then change the currency, the accounting system does not record the change. The solution is to delete the counterparty in your accounting system, and then re-save the counterparty in cieTrade. (This can only be done if there are no transactions tied to the counterparty in your accounting system). Or you can create a new counterparty in cieTrade and when you click save, this new counterparty will be sent over to your accounting system.
