Inventory Available Report
The Inventory Available report can be found by navigating to Inventory > Available. Here you can view a rollup of all grades on the floor (serial and bulk perpetual), with a total overall value and average cost. The report also breaks down the inventory into On-Hand, Committed and Available categories.
- On-Hand represents everything you have that has been received on POSTED receiving tickets, has not been consumed on POSTED converting jobs and has not been sold off on shipping worksheets in INVOICED status. This includes all inventory that has been pulled onto shipping worksheets or converting jobs that are not in a final status.
- Committed represents all inventory that is listed as input on a converting job, and included on the packing slip for or reserved for shipping worksheets. The worksheets must NOT be in a final status for the inventory to fall into this category.
- Available inventory includes all products that ARE NOT reserved against converting jobs, reserved for specific orders or customers, or pulled onto shipping worksheets that are not INVOICED. This inventory is free to be sold or converted as needed.
Additional filter options are listed using the carrot drop down next to the report name.
Another report included here is the Bulk Inventory Report, which allows you to view your inventory on hand to help you determine the different products you have available, including any filters or segmentation by Location, Supplier, Class, etc. As the name suggests, this report will only include bulk perpetual grades.
To view this report just head to Inventory Available, click on the drop down arrow and choose the Bulk Inventory Report. This will show you all bulk grades that are currently on hand (Quantity column), unit cost, total value, and the total weight committed to worksheets.
NOTE: The Committed column represents anywhere this product is referenced on a transaction, but has not been placed into an INVOICED status.
