Introducing the Contact Manager
Users can now store and manage multiple contacts per Counterparty or Location by using the Contact Manager. Contacts can be assigned to companies, roles with individual email, phone numbers and, notes. There is also an option to check if the contact uses the customer portal.
The Contact Manager inquiry screen will look similar to the photo below.
To create a new contact, make your way to the Contact Manager. Click on Tasks, and then select New Contact.
Once the relevant information is filled out, click Save.
