How do I track claims ?
Users can now use the Claim Status drop-down menu to flag Worksheets for claim tracking.
For set up:
To begin, go to Settings > Common Information > Claim Tracking.
Here you can add your own User Defined Feilds to populate on the drop down.
To use:
From the Worksheet, you can select a Claim Status, regardless of what Status the Worksheet is in:
If a Claim Status is selected, it will appear in the header on the front of the Worksheet:
To filter for Worksheets with a Claim Status, go to the Worksheet Inquiry and select the Status:
