Worksheet - Creating Certificate Documents

Certificates can be created to meet certain export trade standards. They may also be used in conjunction with a Letter of Credit to be issued to a Bank or Customer. 

  1. Certificates can be created by going to Settings Documents Certificate Templates.
  2. Click +New Certificate Template
  3. In the Certificate Title field, enter the title as you want it to appear on the Document.
  4. The Disclaimer or Description field is what will show in the body of the Document. Use the Insert Placeholders button to select predefined fields that the system can pull from. Make sure to enter your own text for headers or additional descriptions.
  5. From the Shipping Worksheet, you can now 1-click generate the Certificate documents to print or email directly out of the system.
