Setting up Departments

If your organization has additional offices or profit center, you can add them as a Department. On Orders and Worksheets, you will be able to select which Department is responsible for that transaction, which will determine what information is shown on your documents (for the company information). To get started:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Departments.
  2. Click + New Department
  3. Enter a Department Name (Short) and a Company Name. The Department Name (Short) is how the department will appear internally. The Company Name is what will show on documents.
  4. Add a Company Address, Phone Number, and Email.
  5. If needed, select a Remit To Addresss.
  6. Upload your logo.
  7. Once you are finished, click Save.

NOTE: The preferred image size for your logo is 240px by 240px @ 72 DPI, with a maximum file size of 1MB.
