Password Reset

Users can reset their own passwords by following the steps below:

1)  From the cieTrade.net login page, click on 'Forgot Your Password?'

2) You will be prompted to enter your login id (your email address).

3) You will receive an email with the reset link from cieTrade.net. Once you click on it, a new internet browser tab will open. Follow the prompts to enter your new password.  

4) You should receive a confirmation page that says your password has been updated.
