Warehouse Module: Unloading Slip

The warehouse module is meant to be used in conjunction with the back office to manage and organize the unloading process. Below is an overview of how users can use the Warehouse Status to move the Receiving Worksheet.

1) Set up a  Receiving Worksheet in the back office. If you have contract pricing, it will pull into the grade detail, but you do not need to enter the expected quantity.

2) When it's fully staged, change the Warehouse status to ' Scheduled'. This will make it appear on the Schedule page in the Warehouse Managment tool.

3) From the warehouse Schedule page, the warehouse user can select the Unloading Slip.

4)  On the Unloading Slip, the warehouse user can click on the expected Product/Grades to enter weights, packaging type, warehouse locations, comments or notes. From this screen, individual barcode labels can be printed one by one.

5) Click Save to enter the details before moving on to the next received Product/Grade.

6) If there are unexpected grades being received, the warehouse user can also enter those as 'Products' instead of 'Contract Grades'.

7) You can batch print the labels after saving the last received items. 8) After the labels are printed and the unloading complete, the warehouse user can set the Warehouse-Status as 'Complete'. This will remove the Unloading slip from the warehouse module schedule page.

9) The back office can now review or approve the Received Inventory worksheet and set the Worksheet to ' Posted' status.

Please note: you can filter for all 'Completed' Warehouse status to view completed, but not yet approved Unloading Slips by using the Shipping/Warehouse Status on the Receiving Inquiry
