Editing Invoiced Worksheets with QB Desktop
If you are currently using the QuickBooks Desktop integration you will not be able to edit anything on an Invoiced Worksheet, including putting it into 'Work' status, changing the Customer or Supplier, or adding Products/Grades or Expenses.
The reason is that if you undo something in cieTrade.net, it will not be transferred to QB Desktop. You can add Sales or Purchase Adjustments on the Worksheet and batch upload those to QB.
If you add an adjustment, you will need to go to the Transaction Manager>Status- Exported> Select the date range> check the modified transactions and re-export these as IIF files.
QB Desktop will pop up a warning:
