Tracking Prospects

If you need to track prospects and related activity, you can use the Counterparty 'Prospect' segmenting and Latest Activity page. 

To begin, create a Counterparty for your Prospect and select 'Prospect' within the Status drop-down.

Now from the Counterparties tab, you will be able to filter by all of your Prospects.

From the Latest Activity tab, you can click +New Note to record any emails, calls, memos, or attachments regarding this Prospect.

When you drill down to this Prospect from the Counterparties tab, you will be able to see all of the activity for that prospect, including cold calls, product requests, tasks, attachments, etc.
