Why isn't my Booking showing?

The Booking lookup tool on a Brokerage or Shipping Worksheet enables a user to be able to look up and easily link an existing Booking to that Worksheet. 

If you click the 'Lookup' icon and your Booking does NOT appear, the reason is most likely because of the Cut-Off Date and corresponding ETD Date on the Booking are over 21 days prior to today's date. The system will only display Bookings that are within +/-21 calendar days of today's date. This is so that you are loading a large list of Bookings every time you do a Booking Lookup. 

What you can do:

You can always type the existing Booking number in the Shipping Reference field on the Worksheet. As long as it matches exactly with the Booking number, it will link the two together. You can confirm this by checking the front of the Worksheet after typing it into the field:
