Why can't I print a document?
One of the best features of cieTrade.net is the user's ability to print documents easily. However, if your documents are not printing, here are some ways you can troubleshoot it.
Adobe Acrobat Extension May be Enabled
If you receive the following error message, it was caused by the Adobe Acrobat extension in Google Chrome.

Users can disable the extension following the below steps.
1) Navigate to the three dots on the top right corner of your browser.
2) Select Extensions > Manage Extensions. All active Google extensions will be listed on this page.
3) Use the slide option to turn off the Adobe extension. You should now be all set to generate documents and/or barcodes!


Pop Ups May be Disabled
Your browser may be set to block pop up windows, which will restrict cieTrade from opening a second tab to print out your document(s). This can be fixed in various ways depending on what browser you're using.
If you are using Internet Explorer:
1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Click Tools> Select Pop-Up Blocker
3) To disable this feature, select ' Turn Off Pop-up blocker'
If you are using Google Chrome:
1) Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar> Settings> Advanced

2) Under Privacy and security, click Content Settings> Popups
3) Select Allowed

If you are using Apple Safari:
1) Open Safari
2) Click Safari in the browser's top left menu
3) Click Preferences> Security
4) Uncheck 'Block pop-up windows'
