Workflow: 1 load from multiple Suppliers to 1 Customer

This workflow is for when you are sending loads from multiple Suppliers to a single Customer, without using the Inventory Module. 

Please note: within cieTrade.net, you always need 1 Worksheet per Customer. 

To begin, click +New Brokerage

Select your Customer and fill out their information. You can also select an applicable Sales Order to auto-populate Payment Terms, Due-Date, Sales Rep, and Products/Grades. 

Under Purchased From, select one of the Suppliers you are using to fulfill this load. If you have a Purchase Order, you can add it below the Supplier. 

Under the Products/Grades section, only add the Products/Grades from the above-listed Supplier. 

Under Expenses, add all of your other Products/Grades from each Supplier. The Expense Price is the price that you purchased it at. The Chargeback price is the amount you are charging your Customer for it. Use the Description box to list the Product/grade information as you want it to show on the Invoice:

Please note: if you have multiple Products/Grades coming from a single Supplier, you must add them as separate lines:

In the Profit Snapshot on the front of the Worksheet, the Sales and Purchases lines will correspond to the Purchase From Supplier. The Chargeback Expenses will correspond with the additional Product/Grades entered under Expenses. The Gross Profit will accurately reflect your profit on this load. Please note: using this workaround will invalidate your Gross Profit by Supplier report since you are only linking a single Supplier to the Worksheet.
