What Browsers are Supported?

cieTrade.net supports the following browsers:

  • Safari 9 and above (OSX Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan)
  • Chrome 40 and above
  • Internet Explorer 11
  • Microsoft Edge (requires Windows 10)

The following browser is  not supported:

  • Firefox

For best results, Internet Explorer should be configured as follows:

  1. Open browser and click Tools > Internet options > Advanced > Multimedia.
  2. Select Show Pictures and Smart Image Dithering options.
  3. Click Apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Enable JavaScript
  • Enable Cookies
  • Install Spreadsheet Viewer (optional)
  • Install Acrobat Reader (optional)
  • To run cieTrade.net, it is recommended that you have internet speed of 100+ mbps
    • Note: you can still use cieTrade.net with lower speed, however, users may experience a lag particularly when uploading large files
