Worksheet - Bill of Lading Short Form

The Bill of Lading Short Form is typically used to accompany a truck shipment. When preparing this document, default information is transferred directly from the Brokerage Worksheet or a Receiving Worksheet. 

cieTrade.net provides the option to create a blind BOL Short Form in case Customer and/or Supplier information need to be hidden. This can be done using the Blind Bill of Lading drop down at the bottom of the worksheet when it is in edit mode. 

Users have the ability to print notes on the BOL Short Form by checking 'Print on BOL' above the Shipping Instructions box. These notes will appear below the Product list on the document.
