Recycling Trend Report

The Recycling Trend report provides a month-by-month comparison of material weights, unit costs, and total values for purchases or sales. View results by account or grade to monitor volume trends, identify changes in pricing, and understand which vendors, customers, or materials are driving activity.

Use this report to:

Monitor account activity: Identify vendors whose supplied tonnage is declining or customers whose purchasing volume is changing.
Track material trends: Compare monthly weights by grade to spot increases, decreases, or seasonal patterns.
Review pricing and value: Compare unit costs and total material values alongside weights to understand how volume and pricing affect monthly activity.
Focus your analysis: Filter by warehouse, account, county, department, or trade type.
Support follow-up and planning: Use changes in activity to prioritize account outreach and inform purchasing, sales, and plant planning.

Reading the report: Each monthly cell displays three lines: weight, unit cost per selected weight UOM, and total value.
