List Converting Jobs

A Converting Job is a warehouse processing job that consumes input inventory (for example loose or baled material) and produces one or more finished output products on a machine, tracking the input weight, output weight, yield loss, expenses and value of the job. The ListConvertingJobs API returns a list of Converting Jobs with associated Warehouse, Machine, Operator, Department, quantities and values as a JSON data table, using the same filters and the same stored procedure as the Converting Job Inquiry screen in cieTrade. Each row in the return data set is an individual Converting Job.

Results are returned in Job Date order, oldest first.

Query Parameters (Filters)

UserID	cieTrade.net User Name.	Required
JobNo	Specific Converting Job number to return. When a JobNo is provided all other filters are ignored, the same as the Job# search on the inquiry screen. Blank value defaults to ALL.	Optional
DateType	Inquiry date type either "JOB" or "POST". Sets whether the date filter is based off the Job Date or the Post Date. If not provided, it will default to Job Date.	Optional
DateFrom	Start of date range. If both DateFrom and DateTo are left blank no date filter is applied and all dates are returned (the "All" option on the inquiry screen). If only DateTo is provided, DateFrom will default to 30 days prior to today's date.	Optional
DateTo	End of date range. If only DateFrom is provided, DateTo will default to Today's Date.	Optional
Warehouse	Target Warehouse. Use the exact warehouse name as defined in cieTrade, or blank value for all warehouses.	Optional
WarehouseStatus	Warehouse status of the job, either "SCHEDULED", "IN PROCESS" or "COMPLETED". Blank value defaults to all.	Optional
Status	Accounting status of the job, either "WORK" (not yet posted) or "POSTED". Blank value or "ALL" returns both.	Optional
Machine	Converting equipment the job was run on. Use the exact equipment name as defined in cieTrade, or blank value for all machines.	Optional
Dept	Department Filter Example: "00" as it is stored in cieTrade. This parameter is Optional, no default value if not provided.	Optional
Operator	cieTrade.net User Name of the job operator. Blank value defaults to all operators.	Optional
FinishedProduct	Output product (Grade ID) the job produced. Only jobs that produced this product are returned, and the FinishedProduct field in the response is populated. Blank value defaults to all products.	Optional

Note: Status is returned as "Posted" or "Work". PostDate, EndTime and ElapsedTime are null when the job has not been posted or the times have not been recorded. InputQty, OutputQty and YieldLossQty are weights in pounds. FinishedProduct is blank unless the FinishedProduct filter was used.
