How to View Aging AR for Equipment Rental Tickets

cieTrade makes it easy to view all open balances in the same place (for Equipment Rental tickets or other transactions) under the standard AR aging reports in the system.  These can be found by navigating to Reports > Receivables.

  • The A/R Aging Detail Report shows the current aging status of open customer invoices in a detailed format based on invoice date.
  • The A/R Aging Summary report displays the unpaid invoice balances as a rolled up total by customer.

NOTE:  All retail rental tickets will fall under the category of (PUBLIC), while commercial tickets can be located under the counterparty name.
