How to update index prices with the import tool

Users can update monthly index prices in bulk via an import tool. 

1. On the left hand menu> Pricing> Index Pricing. This is the list of your monthly prices to be updated, each one of these are linked to an underlying formula. 

2. Click Tasks> Download prices

3. Update the prices in excel. 

4. When you are ready, click Tasks> Import prices and select the file to upload. 

5. Once selected, the prices will be updated and auto applied to all open orders and unpaid worksheets.
