Inventory Classes

Inventory Class is one of the many attributes you can use to define your products/grades. Classes are added to inventory items upon receiving and/or producing them from converting jobs.

You also have the ability to filter by class on inventory reports such as the Inventory Manager and Inventory Available reports.

Common examples of classes are FEEDSTOCK, FINISHED, QC-TESTING.

How to Set Up Classes

1) Navigate to Settings > Inventory > Classes.

2) Click +Add New to create a new class.

3) Select Save Settings.  The class will now be available to assign to inventory as needed.
