Stream Allocation Models
The Stream Allocation Model allows recycling plants and municipalities receive a single grade and auto break it out to its component parts based on % composition and apply pre set pricing. This makes your process quick and efficient , removing manual calculations and pricing.
To get started, turn on the module:
Under Settings> Inventory> Settings> check off 'Enable Stream Allocations'.

1. Under Settings> Inventory>click on the Allocations tab
2. Click +New Allocation
3. On the Pop up screen, enter an allocation group name. This is what the stream name is that you will select to assign to the Supplier counterparty.

4. Select the grade and enter the percent of the allocation you want to assign. Click Save.
NOTE: Only bulk inventory products will be shown.
5. Select the next grade and enter the percent of that allocation you want to assign. Click save. Continue until you have entered all of the grades yo want to break the load into.
NOTE: If you assign more than 100%, you will receive a warning.
6. Next, assign the allocation group to the supplier. This will be what the received load will be broken into automatically on the Receiving ticket.

7. Click Edit on the counterparty you want to assign the stream allocation to.
8. Under OTHER DETAILS tab, at the bottom, select the Stream Allocation you want to use.
NOTE: you can only assign one stream.
9. Click Save.
10. On a receiving ticket, enter the misc. or to be sorted grade line as a single line of Bulk material.

11. If the supplier has a stream allocation set up, +Apply Allocation will show at the top of the grade segment. Click that to see the weight broken out into the designated allocations.
