To create several routes in bulk
cieTrade provides an easy and efficient way to create several routes from the dispatch board, with the option of using route optimization.
First, make sure your system is enabled with route management. Click here for step by step instructions.
1. From the left hand menu> Dispatch> check off the open tickets you want to make into routes
2. At the top, click Bulk Route Creation:

NOTE: the route optimization requires that a warehouse or receiving location are listed on the dispatch ticket. This could come from the service record, the equipment record, or manually selected on the dispatch ticket. The address for the warehouse, customer location and receiving location (if not a warehouse) must be entered correctly at the counterparty level for the API to check the address.
NOTE: the receiving location must be the same for all tickets to create a route.
3. If the conditions are all met, you will see a Route Preview for the Warehouse.

4. Click Create Routes
5. Each route can now be managed (edit/stops added or removed) from the route page.
