Uploading ZIP files into cieTrade

cieTrade supports ZIP file upload through a special tool. 

PLEASE NOTE: there is a limit of 15MB

1. Enable the setting by going to Settings> System Options> Modules> check '.ZIP File Image Upload Tool'2. Once this is enabled, there will be a new icon under the short cuts menu on the top right of the main screen:

3. The shortcut icon will take you to a zip viewer page. From here you can upload and attach the photos.

If you click on Select File it will allow you to browse your computer. Once you have found it, click Attach.

4.Select where you want to attach the images (Purchase order, sales order, worksheet) and enter the Order or Worksheet Reference Number. If you want to have the system rename these and mark them container photos, check Container  Images. Click Attach Files. NOTE: the photos will be renamed with the container on the source worksheet. This will not work with PO or SO uploads. 5. Refresh the worksheet or Order and you will see all of the photos listed:
