QuickBooks Connection Error Message

What does this error mean and how can I correct it?
"cieTrade is having trouble connecting to Quickbooks. Please re-integrate, or try again later."
Please follow the steps below to manually disconnect and reconnect to QBO.
To Disconnect:

In cieTrade navigate to Settings > Integration > select Disconnect on the right > select OK to the warning message that appears.

To Reconnect:
In cieTrade navigate to Settings > Integration > select QuickBooks from the Accounting Integration dropdown > Connect.

This will direct you to the Departments page where you will select ‘Connect to Accounting’ (do not select ‘Use Multi-Department Accounting) > this will lead you to authorize the connection in QBO.

 Once complete select ‘Test Accounting Connection’ from the Departments page in cieTrade to ensure that the connection is successful.

This will ensure that your connection is successful and everything is posted correctly.
*NOTE* When reconnecting to QBO please make sure that you are logged into QBO with admin credentials.
