Using the Rental Equipment Calendar

The calendar is a great visual tool to see what logistical moves you have coming up. 

1. Before using this, please make sure the system setting is enabled by going to Settings> Preferences> System Options> check 'Calendar'. 

2. This is a system level setting and the calendar will be accessible via an icon in this upper right menu:

Using the Calendar. 

1. Click Filter Events. Select Rental drop off and rental pick up.

2. Click Apply. These will show what is listed in the equipment rental inquiry. Each ticket has two events- a pick up and a drop off. 

3. Next to the label there is  () with a number. This is the number of the same events happening on that day. If you click on it, it will expand and show details about them in list form

4. If you want to see more about a specific event, click on the expansion with the ticket number and it will drill down to the Equipment Rental ticket.
