How to Re-Connect to QuickBooks Online

At times, you may receive the below error message when using the Accounting features in cieTrade.  This means that your QuickBooks token has expired, and you will need to re-establish the connection between the two systems.  Luckily, cieTrade makes this an easy process!

NOTE:  cieTrade does not have control over QuickBooks tokens.

1. Navigate to Settings > Integration > select Disconnect

2. Use the Accounting Integration drop down to choose ‘QuickBooks’ and click Connect.

3. This will direct you to the Departments page where you will select Connect to Accounting.

4. You will be automatically taken to a login page specific to your accounting system. Use your accounting login credentials to connect the accounts, again selecting Connect

5. Once complete, the page will refresh and take you back to the cieTrade dashboard.  Go back to the Departments page and confirm the connection is successful using the Test Accounting Connection button.
