Cash drawer permissions

cieTrade allows users to set cash drawer limitations for the public trade module. 

1. Under Settings> Preferences> System Options> check 'Cashier Ledger' to enable the feature

2. Under Settings> Accounting> Settings> enter the 'Cash limit in the Cash Disbursement Limit (USD)'

3. In Cash Limit Override Code field, enter the code a manager can enter to override the limit.

4. Click Save Settings

5. On the Cashier Ledger, if a user attempts to disburse more than the allowable limit, an override field will come up for a password:

6. Enter the override password and click Submit. This applies to both cash and check disbursement.
