How do I update my payment information when my card is about to expire?

cieTrade clients are now able to update their subscription payment details directly within their database.  

NOTE:  Only users who are account owners or have been provided access to the Subscription information will be able to view this module.  If you are unsure who the account owner is for your database, please contact support@cietrade.net for assistance. 

To provide a User with Access to the Subscription Module:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users & Roles and click on on the user you would like to provide Subscription permissions. 
  2. Under User Access, check off "Can Edit Subscription Info" to allow them to access the Subscription portal and update payment information. 
  3. Click Save User. 

To Update Payment Information:

1. The Subscription page can under Settings > Subscription. 

2. Once on the Subscription tab, you may receive a notification that your credit card is expired.  You can click OK to proceed.

3. Navigate to the  Payment Method tab.  Enter or update any necessary fields. 

4. Click Update to save.
