How do I change my payment information when my card is about to expire?
cieTrade clients are now able to alter their subscription payment details directly within their database through the Subscription module in Settings.
NOTE: Only users who are account owners or have been provided access by account owners will be able to view this module. If you are unsure who the account owner is for your database, feel free to contact support@cietrade.net for assistance.
The Subscription page can be found by navigating to Settings > Subscription when logged onto the database as the account owner.
Once in the Subscription module, you may get a notification that your credit card is expired. You can click OK to proceed.
Select Update Account to update your credentials. Change any required details and click Update to save it to your database. This will also push changes to your payment information to our credit card processing site.
