Adding Containers to a Shipping Worksheet
cieTrade allows containers to be added to existing shipping worksheets quickly and effectively from the Container Manager. Please note, these worksheets cannot be in an INVOICED status in order to use this feature.
1. Click on the Container tab from the left-hand menu.
2. Check off the container(s) you want to add to the shipping worksheet.
3. Click Create Shipment. A pop-up window will give the suggested Sales Order and Customer if a sales order had been linked on the booking. Under the Customer, select the sales order associated. The Product/Grade field will automatically populate with the grade details from the selected order.
4. In the Worksheet field, click on the drop-down to see a list of existing worksheets to add the container(s) to.

5. Click Create. This will bring you to the shipping worksheet where the container(s) were added.
